Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about the tools, privacy, and how to get help. If you don't find what you need, contact support at support@bunthu.com.
Is my text uploaded anywhere?
No — text you enter is processed in your browser. We don't send your input to third-party servers except where a feature explicitly requires it; those features will be documented.
Do I need an account?
No. Most tools are available without registration. If a specific feature requires an account, it will be clearly indicated on that tool's page.
Can I use these tools offline?
Not guaranteed. Many tools run client-side after page load, but some features (external lookups, updating assets, or integrations) require network access. Offline availability depends on your browser cache and which tool you're using.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@bunthu.com with a concise description, steps to reproduce, expected vs actual behavior, and screenshots when possible.
Can I request new features?
Yes. Feature requests are welcome. Describe the problem and how the new feature would help you. Clear examples increase the chance of prioritization.
What about privacy and data retention?
See our privacy policy. We only retain data if you explicitly save it or use server-backed features; transient client-side processing is not stored by default.
Which browsers are supported?
Modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). Older browsers may lack features required by certain tools.
Are there usage limits?
Most tools are unlimited for normal use. If a tool integrates with rate-limited external services, usage limits will be noted on that tool's page.
How can I contribute?
Suggestions, bug reports, and small code contributions are welcome. Email ideas or links to pull requests to support@bunthu.com.
